Pull Tested to 20,000 lbs. Each unit is tested and certified. A serial number and individual documentation is created for each assembly.
Cast 356T6 Aluminum Alloy Frame. Hanger Plate, Sheave Plate and Clevis are all cast from 356T6 aluminum to ensure high performance and long life.
Replaceable A50 Steel Rim. The rim is available with the standard 5/16" or .288" groove. Other sizes are available.
Brass Spacers. Brass spacers of moderate hardness are used to protect valuable frame assembly components from wear and are easily and inexpensively replaced.
Swivel Bolt. Hardened steel bolt joins clevis and hanger block. Tested to 70,000 lbs. YS
Clevis Bolt with Knurled Knob. Featuring a comfortably sized knurled aluminum knob, the clevis bolt is manufactured from stress-proof 1144 alloy with an assembly YS rating of 78,500 lbs.
